To convince European consumers, we decided to take them on a journey back to where Nissin comes from: the fascinating world of Japanese street food. Because this is what inspired founder Momofuko Ando to his invention of instant noodles. Thanks to him, today it takes just three minutes to travel from wherever you are to the streets of Tokyo.
